Don't overload with children, because that will max you out quickly! Don't be afraid to say "no" when someone wants something you really don't want to do...i.e., take Junior or Missy for a few hours while they go to the bar after work! Eat a healthy diet. Don't eat chips and pop (oh, look who's talking here)...try to eat the same food the kids are eating. After all, hopefully you are on a Food Program and you are feeding them nutritiously...do the same for yourself! Make time for yourself. Take one night a week and join a group that interests you. If you don't take care of yourself...NO ONE WILL!
